Nuwan Jaliyagoda

This is a model car that I built by hand over the four months following my G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination in 2013. I chose the Ford Mustang GT500 design because I was a fan of KITT, the iconic car from the Knight Rider (2008) TV series.

Constructing the body and chassis from scratch as a hobby project was an early exercise in mechanical design, fabrication, and patience, well before any formal engineering training.
