A GUI for Controlling and Supervising Multiple Robots Remotely
3rd-year Cyber Physical Systems Project
This project delivers a GUI platform through which a user can issue commands to a group of ground robot units operating at a remote location. It was developed as our third-year Cyber-Physical Systems project at the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Peradeniya.
The server identifies the starting locations of the robots and coordinates them to carry out the requested task in the most efficient way possible, while the operator supervises everything through the graphical interface. The project combines custom hardware, networking, and web development into a complete cyber-physical system.
An introduction video and the final project presentation are available online, along with a detailed project blog. The source code is published on GitHub.
